She doesn't talk to African-Americans, she preaches to them. She likes to remind them that they better stay on the Democrat Plantation or they will be left to fend for themselves without government hand outs.

It's the classic "I'm not racist, I have black friends" then list a couple. Problem is she could have talked about a conversation without saying who that conversation was with.
