CLINTON: There was nothing marked classified on my e-mails, either sent or received.
CLINTON: ...and that's why it became clearer, I believe, to say that nothing was marked classified at the time I sent or received it.
She said it TWICE. She didn't say, to the best of my knowledge or none that I am aware of. She was emphatic.

Cummings does not have the ability to make that determination. See EO 12356.

He didn't examine her testimony under oath. He just said as much, so he cannot speak to what her intent was when she committed perjury. She said it twice in direct conflict with the facts.
It's cute though to watch you twist and convolute the facts in a feeble attempt to prove she didn't commit perjury.
