I checked out his course in ny, I can afford golf at his course, suprised I thought it would be like $1000 per game.

You have to pay a big upfront fee and an annual fee.


Probably $250,000 initiation and around $100,000 every year.

unless they've boosted their prices recently it's not that expensive. the one-time initiation fee is around $100K-$150K, and then a monthly fee around $1,000 a month. there are other fees if you want services like premium tee times, cart/caddy fees, f&b etc.
