amazing the lines are not pinched in any way by several pouns of it being held by each zip tie

pinched metal wire loose significant signal if pinched

definitely worth a try looks like it turned out fine

Looks like BNC connectors so I would guess video distribution patch panel. Those guys are a little anal about things and will custom cut and terminate cables.
