obama filled these positions with black and hispanic females - in charge of the fate of the USA financial debt, so to speak

the crib is funny but there are cribs that are hazardous to walk through as well.
it's true though - people do tend to mass toward gov. jobs and hunker down to be quietly ignored by others as.

most secretary are in for 1-3 yr. so the sitting secretary is odd because
#1 he isn't the real secretary, (ie, treasury now has "a president and CEO" above)
#2 he's sat for 3 years which for some reason - is the length most have gotten
