Some legal experts believe both Hillarys server investigation and Donaldson university lawsuit could be put together in one grand court case

Not possible. Hillary's case is a criminal investigation. Trump U is a civil case. Two different types of cases. If Hillary is charged, she'll be in the same court system as murderers, rapists pedophiles (e.g. William Moreno) and cyber-stalkers (e.g. eesh). Trummp's case is in the same court system as the neighbor suing his neighbor over building a fence too close to the property line.
