No, eesh never engaged in such activity to anywhere near the degree the Moreno Crime Family has done. Furthermore, driving down a public road passing by someone's house one time is not stalking by any definition of the word. Eesh did leave a message under Miz's wiper blade which is creepy but still not even close to the level of shit the Morenos have done.
William and Sharon Moreno sat on Lizzie's curb and skulked around her house terrorizing her family for over an hour despite being repeatedly asked to leave. Then they departed briefly only to return again. The Morenos were caught in the act of stalking by security cameras.
The Morenos made a 200+ mile round trip with their entire family and a Washington Post reporter in tow to sit in the courtroom of the Megan v. eesh trial. The Morenos were not plaintiffs or witnesses in the case and their intentions were solely to intimidate eesh, causing him to lose his focus and concentration while he was defending himself pro se.
The Morenos took photographs of and followed witnesses who had testified at other trials, then posted numerous harassing messages and photos in an attempt to intimidate them, in direct violation of State Law. William then actually boasted from one of his registered accounts that eesh did not have any witnesses scheduled for his appeal. If eesh had half a brain he would have had the verdict striken and the Morenos prosecuted for § 18.2-460 Obstructing justice.
The Morenos actually took selfies of themselves while trespassing in eesh's backyard. That they are inside his fence can be ascertained from another photograph they posted from a daylight stalking expedition.
The Morenos' crooked lawyers called an underage boy at his home on numerous occasions, threatening him with criminal prosecution unless he testified in the Moreno's ill-fated civil lawsuit. This caused distress and anguish not only for the troubled youth himself but also his single mother.
After posting hundreds of porn collages and libelous messages about Katie and her family, the Morenos have turned to posting numerous false and libelous comments about the business owned by Katie's father, and they continue to do so.
Perhaps some of the most cruel and devious acts of the Morenos were committed on Megan. William begged, pleaded, and cajoled Megan to take eesh to court for reposting her photos (even though eesh had already removed the photos he posted). Megan made several trips to confer with prosecutors and an additional trip for the trials. She incurred expenses for travel and transportation, and lost time she could have been spending with her son or looking for work. The Morenos did not reimburse her in any way or offer her a cut of the proceeds from their lawsuit. Instead, they turned her trial into a media circus. William had talked Megan into giving him her Facebook password so he could look for evidence to use against eesh, and within a couple hours after eesh won the appeal, a private porn video from the depths of Megan's Facebook account was mysteriously posted online. The Morenos also introduced as evidence in their civil trial a pornographic image depicting the inside of Megan's gaping purple anus. The Morenos' lawyer David Trinnes later denied he knew the image was Megan, despite being told several times.
