The litany of persecution that the Morenos have heaped on eesh is fairly well cataloged above, with a couple omissions. William Moreno cajoled and encouraged Megan Toohey to file bogus criminal charges against eesh. There is a good chance Megan would not have taken that foolhardy and quixotic path without the prodding of William Moreno. So Megan, a single mother, ended up wasting at least the better part of at least two days for her and her boyfriend, as well as gasoline and car expenses. The Morenos wanted Megan to succeed so badly that they themselves loaded up their car and road-tripped over 100 miles to stalk Basl at the trial. They brought along not only their entire family but a newspaper reporter in an attempt to intimidate eesh and throw off his concentration while he was acting as his own attorney. That actually worked for the Morenos, but eesh prevailed in his appeal. Megan, by the way, received no compensation for her time away from her child, or her travel expenses.


William Moreno has admitted he knows eesh did not do most of the things alleged in the lawsuit. He also admitted to swatting himself. Given William's history of claiming to commit suicide on here, it's pretty obvious he swatted himself in a ploy for attention.

There was no police report filed and no insurance claim for the alleged break-in. Eesh has done a lot of strange things, but breaking in or even entering people's houses is not part of his modus operandi. The Moreno's washing machine hose broke on its own. Even they know that.

Oh great. Another "win" for the Morenos abuse of the legal system to put eesh in jail again on some frivolous charge. At some point a judge is going to look at all of the Morenos filings and charges and question why they are wasting taxpayer's money with their personal little "crusade".

A short summary of Meade's role:

Phillip Leiser despises eesh and allegedly drove past eesh's house on at least one occasion.
