During the search, cops claim they witnessed Pollard stuff a gun inside a couch cushion. He was arrested. However, the gun charges were eventually dropped. Still, the rapper claims he suffers from “nervous shock and mental anguish” because of the incident.
The BK rapper still faces weapons possession charges in separate cases in Manhattan and the Bronx.
Two of his fellow GS9 members have been convicted of murder, attempted murder and conspiracy. In a press release dated Friday, April 15, Bridget G. Brennan, New York City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor announced that Rashid Derrisant, 24 and Alex Crandon, 22, were found guilty for the February 2013 murder of a 19-year-old rival gang member.
Shmurda has been locked up since December 2014 when he and his crew were arrested on a slew of serious charges. He has been denied bail seven times.

Like most rappers, they are unknown until they get arrested and thrown in jail. That's how they get fame.
