putting aside whether what Timothy said is true or whether privately he still stands by his (apprently written while ill) words

he helped the ATF in the end. their town grew as a result of huge funding steered their way to not only re-build but rebuild it better. which also allowed them to COVER UP all huge mistakes they did on the last build (ie, like installing win95, or overpaying contractors)

thanks timothy but next time think ahead: you want to run the building or at least run them out of it: not destroy it with them rebuilding it
