If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Use of this site is completely voluntary, and we still have the 1st Amendment, last time I checked. The people who post personal information should be more concerned about this law, as they do it with the intent of causing real-world harm to someone, physically or otherwise. I found out about this site just as Inkahootz had his melt down and I noticed that he tends to focus on people on this site in a very disturbed way.
