do constitute a good schematic of the rotund eesh and miz, they are probably not the same physical entity - we have seen pictures of both, and they appear to be separate people.
However, has anyone actually seen both of them at the same time?

Is it not possible that this person convinced mo that he was two different people at the same time? The way Winston Smith in 1984 might see five fingers being held up by his tormentor, when in fact there were only four? So, mo might have actually believed she saw both eesh and miz, even though there was only one person present.
