Ladies and gentlemen, why on earth would a federal investigation be launched over a post on this website unless accusations of rape and incest were already swirling around about the Moreno family?

The thing about the lawsuit is they claim defamation for such posts but it was William Moreno himself who posted about incest with his mom and how he had raped children. They have no case for defamatory statements.

Well his posts or those pretending to be him landed him in jail, his mom having to undergo a lie detector and having a police raid at his home. It's safe to say they matter a lot.
