Fairfax Underground for Research Studies?

Does anyone know if Fairfax Underground has been the subject / source of any academic or informal research studies? This website is a certain a Petri dish for studying online trolls and those that likely have various learning or social disorders. It features the effects of anonymity and those that seek to remove it. Several real life individuals are known to continually use and revisit this site despite the consequences it causes to them personally and those around them.
There's other websites with anonymous and know crazies, but I think this one has to take the cake given it's size and limited target audience. Would any dell research institutions ever want to public their research even if they did it? Is the fear of what idiots might do to troll the researchers enough to keep them away?

This has always baffled me. I long since gave up trying to understand it. If anything this site would make for a good study on mental illness and how it affects peoples' actions online.
Just sit back, enjoy the shit show and be thankful you're not part of it.
