Their garbage lawsuit definitely isn't winnable now. This proves they have been fasley accusing eesh of crimes he didn't commit all along, like eesh claimed and then lizzie claimed William told her eesh wasn't responsible for everything in the lawsuit and they tried the press charges against her for crimes she didn't commit. I'm glad the police and justice system haven't been on the side of the actual criminals and liars here, William, Sharon and Richard. Sharon Moreno should be mailed for continuing to file false police reports.

seeing as how I actually know the facts of everything that has happened, I know the Morenos have no proof or evidence of their claims because they're lying, I know eesh can prove they're lying, etc I'm sure he'll be just fine.

Not to mention William admitted to some things he probably shouldn't have but whatever, he doesn't need luck. God doesn't allow liars to prevail.

Hence why nothing anyone has ever accused either of us has 'stuck'

They will never "collect" even a small percentage of the thousands in legal fees they have spend on their lawsuit, even if they win, which is highly unlikely. Obtaining a civil judgement against someone with no assets or income is a waste of time considering you have to find income and/or assets, which in this case don't really exist, in an amount that is worth pursuing, and then find a way to collect on them, all the while incurring significant expenses to find and get to them.

Ask the Goldman family how much of their $33 million judgement against O.J. Simpson they have collected - it is next to nothing. At the time they obtained their judgement he had both assets and income, and they can't get to it to collect on their judgement.

Their law firm bills them every month for legal fees and expenses, knowing full well that their client will never see any of it back, even if they somehow "win" their very weak law suit.
