Seriously, what is the fucking deal? Plain chips? Perfect. BBQ'd chips? Okay. Sour Cream and Onion? So be it.
But what's this shit with the Thai Peanut chips and the Vinegar and Salt and the Black Pepper shit and the Crab-flavored chips??? The worst part is, sometimes I'll go to get a sandwich somewhere and all they will have is the fucking flavored chips without a bag of the plain in sight!!! WTF??
Does anybody know where I can buy Gibbles potato chips? Red Hot's are my
favorite. Throw in some crab dip and a six pack of Heineken and you're
talking world class.
I understand your saltiness stemming from the obscene amount of chip choices abundant in today's modern super markets and delis.
However, I embrace the diversity, and enjoy all of these varieties. Rarely will I settle for simply salted, or BBQ'ed chips.
Now I am dining on New York Cheddar & Beer, ketchup, or fennel and ginger flavored kettle crisped chips
A new day is upon us and these manufacturers are only responding to the demands of the people. As humans evolve down this time line, as will our tastes. You're either with us, or not. But the chip train is taking off...CHOO CHOO.
I remember seeing a can of cheeseburger flavored pringles at the store once. Who the heck buys this crap? Why not just eat a goddamn cheeseburger at that point?
But the one that really grosses me out: ketchup flavored chips. Yuk.
I had those "late night taco-flavored Doritos" the other day, and they tasted exactly like tacos. Nothing should taste exactly like tacos except for tacos. This is WRONG, and I demand that our lawmakers do something about it.

I grew up eating Gibbles. No one around here sells them so when I go visit my folks I buy several bags.
The closest place I found them is Winchester, Martinsburg Wvu, or charlestown

What a shame we don't have them here. Wegman's website lists them as a
product they sell but I've never seen them actually in the store. I'm
going to complain to the mangagement. I WANT MY GIBBLES!!

Hey, I'm doing my part to get rid of the Zapps Spicy Creole Tomato Spiked with Tabasco. Those chips are awesome. The the UTZ Red Hot chips make me cry they're so good.
Within the last two weeks, the History Channel aired an episode of Modern Marvels on "salty snacks". The history of flavored chips and the technology of how they introduce the flavors were featured prominently.
And nothing beats Andy Capp's Hot Fries.
