Biden has already announced that it "wasn't the correct time" to run and he would not seek the presidency in the future.

Iowa really only matters since they have their caucus before everyone else, and any candidate who doesn't try and court the Evangelical and rural voters doesn't have a chance there.
I'm more interested in who will win the swing states.
