I kept my same story, I was able to throw other things in their since after the deposition you told me you sent eesh threat threats. I also heard eesh say "Well, I'm not saying she's lying"

But the best part is...no evidence he did anything you claim was found, anywhere, and you admitted to swatting yourself to your own lawyer and therapist. And we will come better prepared this time and we will have all of that for the appeal and the lawsuit and malicious prosecution suit, that you will lose.

Morenos only got a protective order after eesh got one. Morenos somehow think that will help their lawsuit yet it was nearly a year later, and after eesh got one on William that they got one. They have no evidence or even a police report of eesh breaking into their home. Computer forensic searches didn't turn up that eesh did anything they claim. The Morenos are known to try to bully and intimate others with legalities. Sharon Moreno already admitted she didn't know if it was eesh calling her and that can and will be used against her in court on Wed.
