We are totally TV buddies! House is my favorite. I also loved Scrubs. Was sad to see it go.

Are we talking on air or off air? I don't watch too much TV and hardly any network TV, but here it goes.

Family Guy
Futurama (coming back!!!)
SportsCenter
Seinfeld
Babylon 5
Deadliest Catch
Gangland (History Channel)
Oz
Reno 911

I'm starting to like Burn Notice and COPS is always good to kill some time with. I used to be totally into Lost, but that show lost me halfway into Season 3. I couldn't stand not getting any fucking answers to anything. Have they ever explained the numbers, the polar bear or the smoke monster? WTF?

I like that show because I can watch it with my kids and it isn't totally idiotic (like iCarly or the other shit on Nick or Disney). Okay, it's idiotic. But it's funny. Especially when they get these guys who look like they are on steroids and the get beaten by the Japanese housewife.

Aww, I like iCarly!

I watch Nick even when my daughter isn't home.

How could I have forgotten Spongebob Squarepants! A staple in my house for about 10 years. And The Fairly Oddparents. I love those shows!!

I also forgot Intervention, which I'm starting to think should be mandatory TV for kids starting at about 10 or 11 if you want to really hammer home the perils of substance abuse. Nothing illustrates the term "rock bottom" like that show.

True. Ironically, there are multiple levels of humor in that show that the kids dont get but parents do. It does suck you in, but the laugh of spongebob is annoying, to say the least.

The episode on Sylvia was the one that got me hooked on the show (pun intended)...

...Talk about how alcohol abuse can totally destroy a person's life in a relatively short amount of time. Luckily for her the intervention worked. For many, it doesn't.

My favorite Intervention was the chick who huffed computer cleaner (loaded with toulene and all kinds of shit). She looked idiotic sucking on these cans of chemicals and then got all bug eyed and paranoid.

The season 1 episode with the degenerate gambler was good as was as was the crackhead ex-cyclist from last season (Chad?). He was actually proud to be a homeless crackhead.

Hey there folks,

I think you guys and dolls are forgetting one of the finest situation comedies that ever graced the old boob tube - Mamas Family. It originated as a sketch piece on the Sonny & Cher show but when that show ended, Carol Burnette got to play Mama on her own show. It is a real hoot.

Concur. Lifetime is utterly worthless.

Next up on lifetime, a movie about how my wife/man beats, rapes, abuses, steals, cheats, ignores me.

Equally worthless these days is MTV which is devoid of music.

Oh, I completely forgot one show from my top list:

Mad Men. It is oustanding.

You've only been registered here for 1 day and appear to know the history of the posters enough to speak with confidence, wow. You aren't foolin' anyone Furfag, and no one cares what you have to say about anything, as evidenced by the lack of response your threads receive. Now chew on that truth and go away.

Law and Order/SVU/CI (the old ones, past couple of years all three shows have gotten stupid)

As far as recent Law and Order shows:

Anthony Anderson (Det. Bernard) is a terrible actor that looks like he is one step away from cardiac arrest.

Vincent D'Onofrio gains 40 pounds every season.

Julianne Nicholson (Det. Wheeler) is better suited playing a bulldyke on the L Word.

Jeff Goldblum is not right for a crime drama, he is better at sci-fi movies.

PS: ADA Casey Novak was the best prosecutor. (I have a thing for cold hearted bitches.)

I am a huge Trailer Park Boys fan. It's really one of the funniest shows I've ever seen.

The episode where they kidnap Alex Lifeson from Rush is classic. And anything with J-ROC really makes me laugh. Best character though is Ricky. The episode where he keeps talking about getting his "grade ten" makes me srsly LOL just thinking about it.

The writers of the show are simply brilliant. Comedy gold.
