Eesh posted the lawsuit. Moreno himself is in some kind of mental hospital. He was told to stay off the Internet and this site, but his mother Sharon has been posting here recently.

The rabid Chihuahua posted a copy of a PM that eesh sent her. In the message he mentioned the death threat from Moreno. BUT, the death threat wasn't sent until the next day, and the user name wasn't registered until the next day either.

It seems like that could be enough evidence for a criminal conviction. Unless eesh can convince a jury of his ESP powers. But since this is civil and requires a lesser burden of proof, it looks to be an easy victory for the Moreno's. However, a win doesn't guarantee that $ amount. A win, theoretically, could net only $1

But what really matters is that eesh has to cough up more dinero for a lawyer
