In Maryland you get your license at the MVA, so that's for you, asshole.

The Ethiopians used to own the fake ID game in DC, but that was Social Security and green card stuff.

Fake documents in the modern world are an integral part of life of a teenager or an illegal immigrant. They want to have opportunities that they can't have for one reason or another. Personally, I'm a teenager, and I'm not 21 yet, but I can do anything at the age of 17.
