So lizzie is the reason he was outed. Sounds like a perfect motivation for Misery to be doing damage to vehicles and knowing lizzie would blame eesh.

All those times lizzie and eesh went out together I never heard of any vandalism happening. Also why would eesh throw paint on lizzie's truck after sharing such sensitive information with her that could have gotten him into some serious trouble? eesh has done lots of solo stalking of others and yet none of the others had any property damage either.

Sounds like Misery already had a grudge against lizzie and was jealous of her and eesh's friendship and them going to his court case together really set him off. He had to do whatever he could to break them up again.

The disappearing hubcaps was another part of his twisted plan of having lizzie blame eesh for something that also allegedly happened to Misery, which would help his case and a jury would buy it that two people with one common enemy had the same crime done to them by one guy - eesh.

But it wasn't eesh at all. Misery knew lizzie would blame eesh because he made so many remarks about the truck. Misery also thought he could get away with saying eesh broke into his house just because eesh said he was coming up the same weekend the alleged break in happened

Misery paid for a lawyer for lizzzie in a pro order hearing in the hopes of ensuring lizzie and eesh would never have contact again. When the order didn't stick Misery had a breakdown and had to be admitted to a hospital.

Misery had motive to do all of these things to lizzie, the time and the means. eesh really wanted a friend and wouldn't just go messing with lizzie knowing she would hate him for it.

It was Misery all along. That's why everything is falling apart for him, that's why the protective order for eesh didn't stick - it wasn't meant to.

He's also a pedophile.

It all makes sense now. Moreno used lizzie's blaming of eesh for tampering with his vehicles to do similar stuff to himself as well to make it more believable that it was eesh.

But, notice Moreno didn't have any extensive damage to his own vehicles..just hubcaps taken. Seems odd, huh?

If eesh was going around, breaking things and throwing paint on lizzie's vehicle why didn't he do the same to Moreno? He only stole the hubcaps? Not buying any of it.

eesh wanted Moreno dead but would only do minor damage to his vehicles but so much to lizzie, someone eesh hates to love? Doesn't add up. lizzie said the hubcaps were taken a few different times during the week - doubt eesh was driving all the way up from Richmond to take some damn hubcaps. He would have done so much more plus also gotten William or someone else while in the area. It brings up the point earlier, why only lizzie and Moreno had vandalism done out of ALL of the folks eesh stalked?

Brings up the other part again - eesh wasn't driving up back and forth several times a week to steal hubcaps but its a lot easier to get on 28 at night and get from Sterling to Fairfax in less than 20 minutes.

just recapping here: the first vandalism of the truck happened in march before eesh even knew where lizzie actually lived or what her name was. someone else did something to the truck then and lizzie blamed eesh because he had been posting about the truck. so from there whoever it was just kept at it knowing eesh would be named.

and now we have the misery case where he too alleges that eesh did something very minor to his car - no actual damage like lizzie just stolen hubcaps. same thing happened to lizzie too though. it is kind of weird that misery didn't have any actual damage done to his vehicles.

now to the paint thing - this happened after lizzie and eesh had gone to misery's court case together and eesh supposedly told lizzie he did the swatting - eesh wouldn't have just thrown paint on her truck afterwards.
