I doubt it. There's no proof or "evidence" eesh did that. But there is the email where William Moreno confessed to his lawyer and therapist that he swatted himself, the judge in the last case was quite interested in that.

If he is THAT developmentally Disabled that he thinks it's ok to go on and on over a long period of time in graphic detail about how he would like to rape babies, why is Monique (his girlfriend) not in jail for raping and sexually molesting him?
