the thing about losing this case is that any future cases will be affected by it. a judge will consider this internet crime and be easily believe that the defendant is a criminal psycho stalker

How did eesh get out of this with a suspended 12 month jail sentence? Hasn't he been in the slammer before? Didn't this conviction violate some previous probation?

The jail time would be horrible to have to serve but the real bummer is having a charge like that on your record
