Today was the day eesh kept telling everyone to come to his court hearing. He said he was so looking forward to today!
Well, today was the biggest lost for eesh yet. He was served with Lizzie's protective order before the start of the court.
Then his request for $30,000 from each of the plaintiffs wasn't even heard today!
Finally, the judge granted Misery and Co. a motion to compel. Basl has 30 days to turn everything over; computers, cell phones, iPad.

They will be able to tell if he turns in an old computer, a used computer that isn't his, if a bunch of junk or just plain 1's and 0's are taking up the entire hard drive, if there's anything fishy at all, it doesn't even take a computer forensics expert to tell you've pulled the old switcheroo switcheroo or turned in a decoy or not turned in something at all. They'll know...
Anything incriminating on the computer damns you, a computer with a hard drive obviously overwritten 40 times damns you.

As far as the lawyer goes, we made a discovery request to the three plaintiffs for them to turn in their computers, smartphones, and external hard drives for computer forensics to look at. We also requested the passwords to Misery's various "frank krow" email accounts and his passwords to jimmylegs and Mr. Misery accounts. They have 21 days to turn in their electronics to a location near Petersburg or we will schedule a motion to compel.
At this point, deleting private messages or emptying the recycle bin on his computers is considered spoliation of evidence.

If he sold or got rid of it in anyway or destroys or tries to erase anything it's a criminal charge and the lawsuit against him with Misery is granted by default.

We also requested the passwords to Misery's various "frank krow" email accounts and his passwords to jimmylegs and Mr. Misery accounts. Then there's that protective order that lizzie has that he said didn't exist, that wasn't real, that she was lying, typed it up herself, that the stamp was in the wrong place, the font and format were wrong and that court rooms weren't set in advanced. We all know all of that was a lie.
It doesn't end there. We have all seen his harrament of Megan and how he posted her nude pics. The kicker wasn't even that! The kicker was when he photoshopped a picture of a gun pic that she had and said that she wrote to him that she was going to kill him. He said he was going to get a protective order against Megan and swear out a warrant for her arrest. The kicker is that was the exact picture that caused Megan to go to the police and explain everything which in turn she as able to get a police officer to investigate everything, swear out a warrant and get a protective order on him.

You're probably so new that you don't even know half the names on that list. Why? Because they were driven away by his stalking and harassment of him. And most of those people went to the police about him but his name wasn't known at the time and it's also hard to place him by police standards.

I don't know to explain this to those of you who are ignorant of these types of things but when you wipe a hard drive or try to rewrite over it - it leaves a code with a bunch of 0101010101010011001 etc. That's the first clue.

There is a protective order (no, not like the one people are talking about) in place for discovery. Sensei Enterprises can only look for the following information:

Evidence of Tor or other proxy server
Evidence of using William Moreno's name for impersonation
Sensei Enterprises may not keep devices for more than 24 hours
