Oh and eesh was in fact served with Lizzie's protective order today in court. He tried to file a motion to get it heard earlier than December, probably hoping to have it heard before Lizzie's trial with Katie on July 8th but Lizzie made sure it's going to be heard after; on July 10th.

Eesh was served with Lizzie's protective order in court today; after 23 days of evading service! The new date for that is July 10!

Now let me explain to you again.

There was a protective order. Eesh was served it today in court since he had been purposely not answering the door to the sheriff's officer.

What he meant to say on his motion was "was not served AT HOME" not "was not served" he was served, in court, like he was promised he would be. There's also what's called an "affidavit of service" that shows he was served.

So once more. There is a protective order in place. It's the step below the "permanent protective order"

Eesh was not posting directly to Lizzie at all and if he was there's no way to prove that since Lizzie was not posting from her name, he was posting about her and not post her name or screen name. Assuming that it's true that venue was changed to Loudoun, the trial date's off. Loudoun sets cases differently than Fairfax. Fairfax has a one year from filing rule with scheduling conferences. Loudoun sets cases on a term day. Last time I checked, their docket was crowded. I doubt if this case will come to trial this year if it has actually been moved.

The trial wasn't coming this year to begin with...it was already set for 2016.

Going to lose next week on the 14th in Fairfax again too.

I think this speaks volumes to the facts, Basl guilty then in appeal, Miz gets loudoun venue, Lizzie not guilty, myself with my dropped charge everyone said I'd be in jail for this past January show factually who are victims.
