The Walmart in Warrenton VA has a guy with severe Tourettes Syndrome working there. He is a white guy and he wanders around the parking lot collecting shopping karts screaming unintelligible gibberish at the top of his lungs to no one in particular.

I don't think he's dangerous but I've seen people do whatever is necessary to avoid getting near him LOL

I've seen that guy. Last week he was walking around the front of the store yelling "Operation Jade Helm" at the top of his lungs.
