Mostly Brazilians and South Americans. Question: Do Brazilians absorb corruption and dirty dealings AND MALFEASANCE through their mother's milk as babies? It seems you can't turn a page without something corrupt and illegal happening in that Country. From the lowest cop on the street involved in "hit squads" to the fucking President.
