There is plenty of info on this site about Meade. Also, there are many articles about him in the net. Hopefully a Wikpedia page in the near distant future.

Who is Meade? Well, he is one of the most written about, discussed people in the land of FFXU. There is a a strange, almost morbid fascination about him.
Meade is a musician of of dubious talent, born and raised in Loudoun County, currently residing in Richmond. What we know is that he has some mental issues, low self esteem, weight problems, insecurity with women. However, we also know that he is not pyschotic, doesn't stalk others, doesn't cut himself, doesn't abuse drugs, doesn't drive to other counties to harass people, doesn't have a restraining order against him, doesn't lie, cheat or steal, doesn't rip off his own mother, doesn't set up others to be busted, doesn't post incessantly, is not an attention whore, doesn't have multiple personalities on FFXU, and above all, isn't going to jail soon.
