McDonald's is losing BIG revenue-wise world-wide. This is no surprise to me, and I personally don't mind if they completely disappear. In today's highly health-conscious society, McDonald's menus are joke (or insulting, whichever word is more appropriate). You know why Big Mac is never big? Buns are mostly made of air. You never feel full with their single value meal. There are good reasons why they are so small. As a result of McDonald's aggressively trying to cut costs by going cheap in every way possible with their ingredients for the past 40+ years, their food became just too toxic for people to consume in quantity. They won't win health-conscious consumers anyway, still here's what I would do if I had full control of the fast food chain:

1. Double the volumes (weights) of most of their sandwiches (Oh how hard this would be!).
2. Replace the old cheesy "M" logo by some organic-looking new sign - for cheating idiots a quick and easy way.
3. Stop operating 24x7 where applicable. Use off-business hrs to clean everything in the stores.
4. Kill Ronald McDonald character forever because RM is just cheesy to the hell.

1 is probably the hardest because their toxin-filled ingredients would quickly degrade consumers' health in a noticeable fashion, if they double the volumes without revising all the ingredients first, which would take several years to happen even if they started today. McDonald's management definitely knows how toxic their foods are.

It's not going anywhere. Poor and fat and lazy people still have to eat. Society isn't health conscious at all. The media tells you that you should be to uphold some standard of beauty and fitness that most people are actually killing themselves faster to achieve and most people really just don't give a damn which is why there's such a huge obesity problem now.

I would fire all the spics and nogs and hire people worthy of $15/hr who have great customer service skills and speak English
