You know, if you wanted to read what was said without bias, you might understand that he was merely identifying a main factor in getting this deal agreed to by Iran.
It would be like if some group believed in, say, the "rain god"...and fundamental to making decisions, they would consult the rain god.
Say, I wanted to sell them a machine...and my boss asked me..are they gonna buy it?
And I said, depends on the rain god. Doesn't mean that I think that is a good idea, just telling you how they are going to make their decision.
Sounds silly, I know, people deferring decisions based upon what their gods may tell them to do, but it doesn't really mean you have to support that belief.
Hell, you could also view the response as mocking, if you wanted to.

Yeah, I had a business that sold Christian literature right next door to a Islam book store. I had a fag lib come in looking for pedophilia material and told him that stuff is illegal and against my beliefs so he sued me and put my family business out of business. He walked in the store next door and purchased the material he was looking for.

Well, since much "pedophilia material" is illegal in America (thank goodness, regardless of religious beliefs, although some may argue that some religious institutions...ahem...were given certain, uh, "liberties" relative to, ah.."alleged" abuses), I am wondering what you might have done with the store next door.
Did you report them to the authorities?
Did you have a lawyer, anyway? What were you sued for? Not selling illegal material?
Something doesn't sound too right here.
