National Security Advisor Susan Rice defended the prisoner swap for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl on the June 1, 2014 brodcast of ABC’s “This Week” by saying Bergdahl “served the United States with honor and distinction.”
Regarding the desertion allegations, she said Bergdahl, “served the United States with honor and distinction. And we’ll have the opportunity eventually to learn what has transpired in the past years.”

He has a big fan base, the Liberal press will portray him as a man who has "suffered enough" for his misjudgment, a young man who was confused and deserves another chance. Then he will author a book and make 16 million dollars, like the deserter Parish who fled and then came back to the USA after being in North Korea for about 30 years.

all you have to do is look at the scene that Obama made when he was released and they were prancing around with his parents in front of the TV cameras Obama was really proud of himself he thought he did something good.
