What Foreigner Helped Shut Down the Government of the United States of America?

Were they from Saudi Arabia?
Were they from Iraq?
Were they from Afghanistan?
Were they from Iran?
Maybe North Korea.
Or China?
Possibly Russia?

Actually - it was a Canadian Citizen - Rafael "Ted" Cruz.

Today he announced he is running for President of the United States. He was a Canadian citizen less than 2 years ago.

if the $9 trillion has cause a problem of shut down

or a problem of eruopeans claiming they won a war againt the USA they didn't tell us about until after they'd use friendship and religion as a way to attack from withing

just let them say so. and though too old i'll go to the military base for a weapon join up and kill as many as i can
