What is the real story with Common Core

I was watching Fox News Sunday in which they debated the merits of the common core cirrculum. The stated objectives of Common Core is perfectly reasonable, but just as is the case with many programs, once the Feds gets their claws in a program it becomes the most twisted and corrupted programs imaginable. What is the solution?

it doesn't present a christian worldview, which is what the founding father's wanted

My point is that the 6+9 video is the result of Common Core once the Feds got hold of it and corrupted it. The objectives are fairly reasonable.
