Bristol Palin Has Had It With Media Bias: ‘Let Me Tell You What Actually Happened’

Bristol Palin has had it with what she calls the media’s “bias against conservative women.”

In response to the recent coverage of what has come to be commonly called the “Palin Brawl,” which occurred last month in Alaska, former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol, has taken to her blog to set the record straight.

Earlier this week, Bristol Palin wrote a post on Patheos, entitled “The Truth about the ‘Palin Brawl’ – The Media Reveals Its Bias Against Conservative Women Once Again.”

Bristol Palin starts out the post by reminiscing on past aggressions imposed on her family by the mainstream media.

“First, the media said Trig was not really my mom’s kid.

Then, they claimed my mom said ‘I can see Russia from my house.’

Recently, they said my parents are getting a divorce.

And now, they’re saying my family started a ‘drunken brawl.'”

Breaking these down, the claim that Trig Palin is not Sarah’s son, but rather her grandson dates back to 2011 as reported by the Business Insider.

“I can see Russia from my house,” is the famous phrase Tina Fey uttered when playing Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live.

The prospect of Sarah Palin wanting a divorce from Todd dates back to a 2007 email that Sarah sent herself when she mentioned it. The Huffington Post reported that a Palin aid sent them an email stating that the comment was “tongue-in-cheek.”

Bristol Palin continues the blog post saying why she wants to address the most recent allegations, that the family “started a ‘drunken brawl.'”

“That’s why, after a month and a half of hearing rumors about myself and family, I’ve finally decided to comment about the situation. Instead of listening to all the people who weren’t there — people who claim they heard this from their cousin/brother/sister-in-law/step-daughter/long lost little brother – let me tell you what actually happened.”

Bristol then describes her view of the incident with a play-by-play commentary. She says that the Palins’ friend “got knocked out from a cheap shot from behind,” requiring ten stitches.

Palin says that the man who delivered the “cheap shot” was on Twitter before the incident, stating that he was “about to get famous.”

Willow, Bristol Palin’s sister, told the man’s mother that she should “get a hold of your son.” Bristol then reports that the mother pushed Willow to the ground.

Palin then sidetracks a bit, saying that “Next to God, family is the most important” thing to her. She goes on to talk about how the next day after the “drunken brawl,” they celebrated her father’s birthday. They even waited in the garage for him to yell “surprise!” and they even bought him a new truck…

Sidetrack over.

Bristol returns to the events of the brawl, saying that Willow, tears streaming down her face, ran to Bristol for help. Bristol charged back into the fray when “a guy in his late thirties or early forties got” in her face and started yelling at her.

“‘You c-nt!’ he looked right in my eyes and said. ‘Get the f-ck out of here, you slut!'”

According to Bristol, the man then started pushing her and she lost it, swinging and punching the man in the face. Palin then says that the man pushed her down on the ground and held her there. She says that she was pinned down until someone got her out of the situation.

Bristol rounds out her description of the incident with her complaint that he media won’t leave her family alone.

“I have mostly stayed out of the public eye for the past few years. I clock in and out of work – yes I actually have a job – like most middle class Americans and chip away at making my son’s life just a little bit easier. So why does the media still choose to put the Palins into an entirely different category of people? This ‘story’ is still running over a month and a half later. Rumors still run wild, unsubstantiated claims are printed as true, and random people who weren’t even there are considered ‘eye witnesses.'”

However, that complaint wasn’t enough, apparently. Bristol Palin ends her blog post reporting that Vice President Biden’s adult son was kicked out of the Navy for Cocaine “(That’s the real Vice President’s kid…).”

She also comments that Chelsea Clinton had a baby. She wrote, “But did you know her father-in-law and Clinton family pal Edward Mezvinsky is a convicted felon because of committing bank, wire, and mail fraud?”

Not sure what either of those have to do with her complaint that the media is paying too much attention to her family’s drama…

Finally, Bristol Palin ends with what she perceives to be the difference between the media’s reporting on conservatives and liberals.

“Violence against women is never okay… Even if that violence occurs against conservative women. Imagine for a second the outrage that would happen if Chelsea Clinton had gotten pushed by some guy. Had she tried to defend herself, the liberal media would’ve held her up as some feminist hero.

But it wasn’t Chelsea.

It wasn’t Hillary.

It wasn’t someone they liked or someone they agreed with.

It was a conservative.

And once again, the hypocrisy of the media is laid bare.”

Everyone but braindead libtardz know there's a massive liberal bias in jounalism schools and therefore, in journalism in general. Study shows liberal bias in the media is worth 12 points in every statewide/national election on average in depressing conservative voting, ginning up liberal voting and swaying the middle. Scary if you not a lib.

Court says complaintants have no standing since they were granted 501(c) (3 years after the request. Court says merits of the case were not reviewed other than standing.
