they can also keep an illeal record: of false accusations made by prosecutors who illegally upped the charges with no proof, and record of failed prosecutions and even record of prosecutions where citizens end up guilty and they have NO IDEA fx. co. is scamming them

fx. co. sets people up. defames them. runs their record as long as possible. to make the easy court targets.
