Tablets are issued to inmates at the detention center in Prince William.

Saying "It wasn't me, I was in jail" is not a defense.

Also noted is that every night from about 2 am to roughly 5 am there is no activity from TJ. Whatever internet connection he has is deactivated in the early morning hours.
