Nope, most business analyst say the correct government controls are in place now to control and stop any "great depression."

You have to remember depression and recessions are usually cause by a lax in government regulations. Like the recent housing bubble burst. Crazy banks were loaning money to people without checking records.

Not really. You should go read up on what some of the policies did to worsen and prolong the Great Depression and how little they did to get us out.
