Frisky is famous for drinking and driving -- and getting caught at it. The fact Frisky no longer has a driving license apparently does not deter him from driving. Unfortunately for him he keeps getting pulled over. Fortunately for him (and perhaps unfortunate for other users of the highways) he dodged a bullet this time and his case was dismissed.

If anyone sees Frisky they should congratulate him, buy him a beer, and steal his car keys..

Every time Frisky gets arrested a similar thought comes to mind. Apart from drinking, the majority of frisky's problems stem from driving, and he is almost always arrested in Fairfax County. Yet thousands or millions of people live in urban areas who do not own cars, do not need cars, and may not even know how to drive. Why doesn't Frisky just move to NY or even DC? In such an urban setting frisky could happily live the life of an alcoholic and never risk being caught drunk driving. He would still be vulnerable to the drunk in public charges, but those are less serious and less dangerous to others.

Perhaps Fairfax Underground could organize a fundraiser featuring a Meade Skelton performance to raise money to move Frisky across the river or up I-95 to New York. Sylvanna Bocook could donate a portion of the proceeds from selling her ptomaine-laden homemade jerky to benefit the move. When the time comes, Lizzie's 6-door pickup truck could be rinsed off and serve to transport Frisky and his belongings to a new abode.
