Round Hill man charged with indecent exposure at Purcellville Starbucks
A man was arrested in Purcellville Nov. 27 after allegedly exposing himself at a Starbucks restaurant on multiple occasions, according to the Purcellville Police Department.
Around 7:06 p.m., the man reportedly exposed himself while at the drive-thru window of the restaurant, which is at 140 Purcellville Gateway.
Per the PPD, the suspect had committed similar acts twice before on Nov. 7 and 22, and the staff member who took his order last week noted it was identical to the order he placed during the prior incidents.
Restaurant staff reportedly had cameras ready and captured photographic evidence of the suspect and his vehicle as before he collected his order and left.
An investigating officer connected a Round Hill residence to the suspect vehicle, which a Loudoun County Sheriff's deputy later located.
According to law enforcement, the PPD officer spoke to the suspect, who admitted to being at the Starbucks but denied the indecent exposure.
Authorities obtained warrants for all three incidents and arrested Joseph McKelpin, 39, of Round Hill, later releasing him on an unsecured bond.

What's funny is the only reason Basl was arrested was because William Moreno cajoled and begged Megan to bring charges against him. Then after Megan lost and Basl was exonerated, William Moreno used the same photo in his civil case, thus sticking it to Megan. Apart from his mother, Megan is the only woman William Moreno has ever stuck in any way, shape or form.

Aaron and Megan’s son suffers from emotional and behavioral issues, and as shocking as it was, Aaron and Amy thought that the country life could be good for him. Apparently, Aaron believes Megan has improved as a person too, so that helped sway him. Best wishes to all involved, glad no one from that situation posts here anymore (aside from me once in awhile). I am of the opinion that she is still not in the best position to have dependents under her care, but Aaron and Amy have had interactions with her more recently and frequently than me, so I just hope for the best.

Megan FINALLY stopped posting on here and now people just make up stories to how everyone is and where kids are.
Megan doesn’t have her kids and hasn’t seen them in over year. Their dads have sole custody and she doesn’t even try to see them. She doesn’t help out with her kids at any way. She’s on and off with the farmer and they live in filth and are alcoholics.
Josh’s life is so better since he left Megan. He’s doing great with his daughter and is single. Aaron and Amy did have a baby and still live in the same place. Megan doesn’t even answer when her kids call her on the phone. She’s too drunk or drugged to talk to them. She doesn’t show up for court dates about her kids.

Although your story seems plausible, we can't really believe you anymore than we can believe anyone else who just posts random generic stuff about anyone here.
Besides, I don't like Megan but I don't blame her for not wanting kids in her life. Who REALLY does? All my friends with kids are so miserable, especially with this pandemic and online learning shit.

I live in Ohio, close to Hammie and John and know them personally. They ARE NOT married, in fact they hate each other the majority of the time. She has filed SEVERAL police reports on John. They are both stone cold alcoholics and she’s still into drugs. Both kids were TAKEN from her over a year ago, and YES one reason is because they live in filth. The animals are NOT cared for by Megan or John, which is why several have died. They have someone who comes daily to care for the ones who are still living but that person is questionable as well. They both refuse to work and are living in (and have trashed) the once beautiful home John’s father left him when he passed. They are getting by only because they both collect welfare (and currently committing welfare fraud by claiming they don’t live together). They have at least 2 vehicles that never leave the driveway, either because they don’t run or because there isn’t a person there sober enough to drive. EVERYTHING ‘stop making things up’ said in their post is accurate! I just can’t wait for Megan to return to Virginia next month for the court hearing for her latest crimes, identity theft (5 cases). I hope they lock her up and throw away the key, she is the most pathetic person I know and she deserves to burn in hell for all of the pain she has caused people, for nothing more than her own selfish pleasure.

No doubt, she has been telling him about her history of getting into all kinds of awful relationships. The one thing all of those failed things have in common is that Hammie was part of them. He probably thinks he is 'the one' and it will be different this time. It won't be. She will dump him too once she is done using him. My guess is when she has blown through his money.
