The reason being he is still on probation until dec 4th for pulling the gun on her. Since the crime was reported while his probation was active I don't think a judge would like that. Even if it takes months they would go after him due to the date of the offense. Furthermore, girlfriend galleries was webcrawled by Megan to preserve all original info when it was found by her over the summer. The lie would be more believable if she hadn't posted nudies of some of his ex girlfriends and co-workers as well. Those ladies had absolutely no issues with Aaron, nor he with them. Each device has an address. You realize unless she owned the device or had access to it when the uploads were done which was after they separated she can easily prove she wasn't involved. Each phone, computer laptop etc has its own unique device address. This said up is part of it. Also who had the photos and the fact that the day after she found it she called the police and contact his old job and all the girls. Facts can be said by anyone. Cookies will prove the truth.

Those had been on the site since he joined. She's now 32 but that is still child porn he has then distributed.

You could truthfully argue that they were not "widely known" until posted here, making the pussy-poster guilty. However she herself is guilty of the same crime if she did originally post them on GG, because Aaron's wiener is in the pictures, and if it was her, it was certainly done for revenge/humiliation.
