Why do people believe in conspiracy theories?
Posted by: Independent ()

No seriously, what the fuck possess somebody to actually believe in that crap. Is it a defense mechanism or are people really that fucked up in the head that they concoct these stories to explain crap they can't understand?

Riddle me this batman:

It's been 45 years since we "Landed" on the moon. Why haven't we been back?
After all, your iphone is more powerful than the mainframes they used back then.
What is more likely.. RICHARD NIXON lied to the American people about the moon
"Landing", and Stanley Kubrick actually filmed it in the Nevada desert. Or we actually went there and "decided" not to go back.

Why was the most popular asronaut Neil Armstrong a Recluse- or was he threatned NOT to tell the truth? After all, in the 1990's he "Lost a finger in a tractor accident-- or was it cut off to prevent him from telling the truth?

That brings us to OJ Simpson-star of the movie "Capricorn One"
The movie was about a fake moon landing by the gov. They knew he was a popular athlete and movie star but when he was gonna sell the story that Capricorn One was filmed on the same set the Govt used in 1969, they set him up for Nicole Murder.

Well, some conspiracy theories are more founded then others. Conspiracy theories on the right are just ridiculous, they're just fool of shit and are in a constant propaganda war looking for a scandal.

It's because they have no vision for the future, they can only drag others down.

And all the men and women merely actors..."

Nothing is real.

Conspiracy theories allow the less stable members of society to make sense of the world. The more conspiracy theories a person believes, the more likely they are suffering from a crippling mental illness like schizophrenia or schizotypal personality disorder.

Blessed are the murderous.

How does the assassination of JFK, RFK and MLK tie into this?

Uhhh...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_landings

Quote

There have been six manned U.S. landings (between 1969 and 1972) and numerous unmanned landings, with no soft landings happening from 1976 until 14 December 2013.

Alleged landings. If we went to the moon why can't I see the rockets that landed there?

There was this thing called The Hollow Mask experiment. A hollow mask was put on a stick and revolved in circles at very high speed. Only schizophrenics were able to recognize that the mask was hollow. Normal people were all convinced that the mask was a real, full head.

A lot of conspiracies are and have been proven to be true, a lot are bullshit. Understanding the difference between the two takes a lot of time, loads of study. an abstract yet, rational mind and very high intelligence.

Regular people with regular intelligence who think they understand the world are simply the insane ones. They will always be driven by their egos need for comfort. The banks and the government will always use that to manipulate you. Thinking all Americas problems are because of Obama or Bush is the real insanity.

At least you didn't use the word sheeple. Being mentally ill doesn't mean you have special insight that reveals the world's mysteries.

because there are more conspiracies (in our age) proven true than proven false

may obama democrats have stolen any money while borrowing $9 trillion dollars (8t more than any other president) ? we know for a fact they did and do.

it's that simple
