Not at Obama's pace. More than any other President in his first term by far. He'll have to work to catch Clinton who was trying to pay off party debt but I have confidence that he can do it.
And, yes, I'd say the same thing no matter who it is. We just had 23 Americans intentionally murdered. But I guess getting money from a bunch of 1%ers is more important than things like that.

It's not like he's ignoring the problem at all and I'll reserve my judgement unlike most of the people on this thread.
Basically, Obama is a sub-par leader at best who has flashes of leadership every now and then. However, lets not forget we had another sub-par leader occupying the WH who had flashes of leadership as well, so lets not act too surprised or develop amnesia.
