Trump only called Anifta a terrorist organization and Biden pointed out there is no such organization as Anitfa so Trump basically sign nothing.

Trump refused to call the KKK a terrorist organization.

The problem is there’s no organization called “antifa”. The same way the 60s didn’t have an organization called “the hippies”. It’s a movement people identify with but there’s no membership or organization.

The KKK is actually an organization. It has an organizational and leadership structure and you can actually apply to become a member. Whereas anybody can just show up at a protest and say they’re “antifa”.

Wallace is not "aware" of it because no such thing has happened or will happen. There's no legal basis for declaring a domestic organization a "terrorist organization".
