10. All equipment, furnishings, cutlery, straws, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. should be recycled eco-friendly biodegradable natural products
11. They should pay living wages with health benefits that include fitness, health, dental, vision, retirement 401(k) with matches based on profitability, profit sharing, education/tuition assistance, and pet care with 30 days of Paid Time Off each year.
12. They should donate 10% of their net profits to certified charitable organizations but not TRUMP.
