I don't smoke anymore. Vaping is the only sure fire alternative to gain control over your nicotine intake.

I quit once from Jan 1st 2009 until last summer. After enough time passes you don't want it at all anymore.

The Cinnamon Toast Chatta is the best flavor for vapes. A lot of people vape now, if you pull out a cigarette the vapers are always like "that's so bad for you!"

I used to smoke occasionally when id drink, but one of my friends always has a vape, so I just vape now..

I was able to curb my cravings by applying a 9v battery to my ball's sack every time I smoked. Also a great way to keep up with current events.

Is the rest of your life not worth making it through a few months of misery?

The best way to stop smoking is to stop putting cigarettes to your lips and inhaling.

Though i wouldnt recommend doing it if youre 50+ and in questionable health(without consulting a doctor), cold turkey is the only way to go. Make up your mind to quit and stick with it. You'll slip up. Keep going. Depending on your depth of addiction and your personality, you will have a shitty few weeks/months, maybe even a year. Seriously. A year. Its worth it. Execise. Eat well. Dont drink. Avoid triggers.

Thing is, once quit youve done something ALL smokers want to do. No one has aspirations of heart disease, cancer and emphasema.

Will power. Get it. Use it.

keep busy. but low stress

stay away from people harass and jail on a continual basis

since that might make you start again, if you had any reason to be smoking to begin with

I stopped with the patch but it was only an aid.I had to want to quit. Most people only want to want to quit. It's like any other addiction, you have to be sick of living with it, the expense, the coughing, the time wasted. You have to hit a bottom and not want to go lower. Cigs are hard to quit because they are so easy to get. You need a plan, and a support group.

No shit!!! I agree with Que? Does not matter where or how you find the will power, just find it. I quit with a heart attack. The day it happened, was the LAST day I smoked a cigarette. Just really think about the future and ask yourself what is most important to you and you'll have your answer. May you grow some balls to live longer in this crazy, fucked up world!!!!
