I went cold turkey and then switched to Copenhagen 32 years ago. Never looked back. No Cope. No Hope.

Hey Gerry - where is the FFXU mass grave you buried all those right wing fucktards in? Are you the local contractor?

Press thru ... sometimes deep breathing -- slow on the exhale helps to cope with the urges -- stick with it-- you'll get thru

If you make it past 2-3 months you'll be so revolted by the smell of cigarettes you'll never really have an urge to go back. Hang in there G2.
Sometimes I only smoke about a quarter of a cig. The first part tastes so good. I love to pack the tobacco and peel the cellophane. It's like uncorking a bottle of fine wine.
I can vape. I don't have to smoke. I'm a professional vapor. I don't want addicted to nicotine anymore. I can even vape zero nicotine if I wanted but I don't want be a bitch about it.
I will stop for a weekend sometimes or when I do something with the family, but I generally smoke a little over a pack a month. Have for the past 25 years.
I tried vaping, it's like taking a shower in a swimsuit. Getting a blowjob with a rubber on your jimmy.
I liked the first draw I took, but it went downhill fast. I stay healthy, work hard and play moderately. One smoke a day (and only part of one usually) hasn't taken my wind at all.
G2 - get a medical marijuana prescription to help you quit smoking cigarettes. They sell these really cool THC gummy bears that are quite beneficial - purely from a medical perspective.

I'm done, I quit. I don't need help. I haven't tried yet. I don't play games. I don't attempt things if I am not serious about it. Cigarettes are history.
You must have zero discipline you weak piece of garbage. As much as you deserve lung cancer, hard working taxpayers will have to pay for you health care. Get your head out of your ass curry faggot!
I am going to reply to everything stupid Gerry says with an image of a pack of cigarettes. In no time at all this weak willed scumbag will burning a pack a day again.
And you shouldn't be able to buy cigarettes with an EBT card, my two cents.

Your butthurt makes me happy. Feeds my soul. Helps me quit. Thank you for being you.
The friendly, welcoming crinkle of the cellophane as you open up that new pack.
An aroma of tobacco, redolent of crisp, dry autumn leaves, wafts out.
The first cigarette resists the tug of your fingers, as they are packed in there so snugly, but out it slides.
You put it to your lips, smartly snap the lighter, and quickly pull jsut enough on the cig to allow combustion to commence.
That first drag raises your heart rate ever so slightly, as a transient state of euphoria warmly embraces you. All is contentment...
it's that Gerry's a pest.
Now, for full disclosure, I am a left-winger more inclined to agree with Gerry than with the neocontardz. But I too get annoyed with Gerry. He simply lacks any effective skills of persuasion. All he manages to do is antagonize people. Every time he posts a pro-Hillary message, another Independent voter decides to vote Republican. He's that fucking bad.
In any case, with eesh absent, the forum needs a new bash target, and Gerry serves himself up as the natural candidate,
I respect Gerry's desire to quit smoking and 15 days is like a big deal - harder than booze or heroine. Go G2.
On the flip side - as a guy who voted for Joh Kasich in the primary - if you are a Trump/Cruz supporter and you have a beef with G2 - you need serious help. Brain transplant maybe - from a gay monkey.

But you have to admit - if Trump won the nomination and then the general election, Gerry's reaction would undoubtedly be priceless!

Gerry is an asshole plain and simple. Another typical libtard that thinks his point of view is superior to anyone else's. A real ignorant faggot that ruined this forum. You get the point, he should not be.
He makes the BEST garlic naan at his folks' restaurant! His real name is Piyush, BTW. The last time I supped there, I revealed myself as a fellow FU poster, but 'piyush' kept insisting he wasn't Gerry. But I knew it was! In any case, the masala dosa is to die for, and for dessert you simply must try the mango pudding.
