oh it can if your using lorentz tranforms while using einstine's time substitution (to avert telescoping series solution difficulties, let time not be held as the non-constant instead of) while going back in time it's all shrinking! they proved it on the last 5 mission to mars. there are 5 mission in current action right? we still need to get to the moon though !
how that gets minerals out of the ground, how 7 rocket launches don't waste minerals, no one is too sure yet. but there's allot of talk about "bringing the bacon home from mars". they may have mentioned gov paychecks.
