I'm more worried about his unkempt fingernails with the fungal infection. Not to mention the RAM interior is a newer model, but it's so filthy and dingy.

Yeah, it's newer. At least an '07. Whenever that Hemi craze began. And it's dirty because he's probably a handyman of some sort. But fuck that who cares.
