lots of legal talk on here lately guess someone got their feelings hurt and wants to sue but that cannot happen

remember the dina and seth case? dina was unable to prove who actually made her thread so nothing was done and it is still on this site

now some unregistered user is claiming they know who posters are and is going to sue for some crime they still haven't produced yet

This website is on my son's AOL history and after visiting it myself I am extremely concerned. I think I understand what it's all about and I see that you're all friends posting pictures and discussing them in humorous ways, some strange person named Eesh posting penises.

However, more concerning was the repetition of gay themes, and a cult-like worshiping of a certain Meade Skeleton? Is he some mythical creature?

Also the frequent mention of a pool being closed due to Lake Braddock's girls high school basketball team, as I have heard my son say once before I knew he was what he calls a "Seth Comstock" is this some sort of code word?

Seth Comstock is very, very lucky that there is no way to hold him criminally responsible for the slander and other such fucked up things that he has used this site for. I was once his friend, and was willing to have his back through whatever. Then the Dina shit went down, and I was appalled at the way he chose to solve his issues with her. It should have been done in private, between the two of them..not on a public site for all to see. That was months ago. Then, on may 27th, he decided to post two threads on here labeling me as a slut and a "floozie". They included several risque pictures of me that I sent him a few years ago when I still had a thing for him. Yeah..I know..don't know how I EVER saw anything in that scumbag. All though those threads have since been deleted, I'm still in the process as we speak of working with Cary to get rid of the physical image files.

This shit could potentially cost me my job and reputation among other things. I have never done anything to him to warrant his actions. Seth has no class..no morals..and no self control. Whenever he has gotten pissed at exs of his, he's always resorted to posting shit about them here on this site. I thought that as his friend and never having dated him that I was safe from such a thing, but I was sadly mistaken. There is no way to make him pay other than suing him in civil court. But even if I wanted to mess with all that, he is a bum living off social security checks and the current gf who had the misfortune to think he was worth getting into a relationship with.

I think there should be measures put into place to immediately deal with every future "Seth Comstock" pulled on this site. Dunno if that's possible, but it could save people a lot of grief.
